We have worked to keep the ordering and payment process as simple
and efficient as possible for our customers. Our ordering process is

Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment;
Secure Online Checkout - (Payments are securely processed by WorldPay).
Pay online with any major credit / debit card.
Paypal - (Checkout online using your Paypal account).
Google Checkout - (Secure online checkout with your google account).
By Phone - Using credit / debit card.

Any payment details transferred between you and your chosen payment gateway are fully secured, and we do
not hold, store (or even see) any payment card details.
Delivery Policy
All orders over £40 qualify for free delivery. Orders for less than £40 are subject to a
£7.50 delivery surcharge.
All orders are sent by courier and we are usually able to provide tracking numbers for your orders.
Most orders we receive before 3pm Monday to Thursday are delivered to the customer next working day.
By placing an order on our website you are accepting our terms and conditions.

Isle of Wight - £18 surcharge per consignment.
Northern Ireland - £12 surcharge per consignment.

Refunds & Returns Policy
In the unlikley event that you are not completely satisfied with our products please contact
us in the first instance.
In line with EU trading regulations customers can return goods to us for which they are not
completely satisfied within 14 days. Upon arrival of the goods in satisfactory condition - we will
refund you in full for the price of your order.
